Each placement offers a balance of direct client support and administrative or project-based work, giving students the chance to explore diverse aspects of community engagement and organizational operations.
We’ve partnered with students from a variety of institutions and programs, including:

Practicum Placements
“Yes! I have learned so much throughout my time at PILSC, which has definitely allowed me to meet my goals. Through my conversations with staff, access to training and resources, and observations during group sessions, my own knowledge and skills have grown so much. I deeply appreciate the support I received from staff & volunteers during my time at PILSC, and am honoured to have been a part of a team that is so intentional and compassionate. While my placement was short, it sure was sweet and is an experience I will hold close to my heart for many years to come.” – Practicum Student
