Fundraiser Details: Class is by donation (minimum $20 per person)

Join us for a heart-centered gentle yoga class led by Sara Villamil, where movement, breath, and community come together in support of families navigating pregnancy & infant loss.

Sara will guide participants through gentle movement, mindful breathwork, and deep relaxation, creating space for healing and self-compassion. Whether you are in the early stages of loss, years into your journey, or simply seeking connection, you are welcome here.

100% of proceeds will support the Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Centre (PILSC), ensuring that no one walks this path alone.

About Sara Villamil

With over 22 years of experience in teaching and studying yoga and meditation, Sara’s classes include Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Prenatal, and Postnatal yoga, offered both in-person and on demand. Her teachings are deeply rooted in movement and healing, and she is committed to honoring yoga’s ancient traditions—focusing on unity, compassion, and service.

After completing her initial training in Calgary and further studies at YogaWorks in New York, Sara went on to found a Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga School. She is incredibly grateful for her ever-growing community and is guided by the belief that yoga is a journey toward recognizing the divine within ourselves and others.
