Trying to Conceive Support Groups

Our Trying to Conceive groups are designed to support you as you decide to try, or are actively trying to conceive after previous loss or fertility challenges. These groups are for those who are naturally trying to conceive or are trying to conceive through assisted fertility. You do not have to have experienced previous pregnancy infant loss to join.

**Please note: you are invited (and encouraged) to attend the 6-week group series more than once. Each time you attend, you can get something new from it

Fertility 6-Week Support Group

This 6-week group is a professionally facilitated, peer-driven group that is designed to discuss the many emotions that surface in a fertility journey, to learn ways to cope with the cloud of confusion and anxiety and to gain self-awareness and self-direction.

Who is this group for? Individuals and partners who are trying to conceive either naturally or through assisted fertility and are seeking additional support in navigating through the fertility experiences. You do not need to have been previously pregnant or experienced pregnancy or infant loss to attend.

Fertility Drop-In Group

This is a casual peer support drop-in group that is designed to connect with others as we walk with each other through our fertility experiences.

Who is this group for? Individuals and partners who are trying to conceive either naturally or through assisted fertility and are seeking peer connection with others who can relate. You do not need to have been previously pregnant or experienced pregnancy or infant loss to attend.
