Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

by Danielle Lemky

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidence-based form of therapy that uses relaxing back and forth eye movements, imagery rescripting, and memory reconsolidation to alter distressful negative images, emotions, and sensations associated with trauma, depression, addiction, and other mental health challenges in only a few sessions.

The treatment is grounded in well-established psychotherapy techniques, and the end result is that traumas and difficult life experiences will no longer activate strong emotions or physical reactions. Importantly, clients do not even have to talk about their traumas or difficult life experiences with the therapist to achieve recovery.

If you are interested in booking an ART session, please click the link below to schedule an online consultation with Danielle to get started. Please note that ART sessions will need to occur in person at the Pregnancy & Infant Loss Centre Alberta location at 301-1725 10 Avenue SW.

Holiday Season Day Retreat!

As the holidays approach, take a pause for yourself.

Our day retreat offers a sacred space for connection, ritual-making, and personal reflection. Together, we’ll explore the importance of honoring our losses while navigating the season’s challenges.
