Danyelle Kaluski (she/her)
Co-Founder & CEO
Danyelle brings over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector, alongside a deeply personal connection to this work following the stillbirth of her daughter, Emilina. Since co-founding PILSC in 2018, she has helped grow the organization into a national leader in inclusive bereavement care. Her work is grounded in equity, advocacy, and a commitment to changing how we support grief.
Larissa Coquelle (she/her)
Director, HR & Operations
Larissa is a strategic leader and systems thinker with a background in administration, IT, and operations. After navigating a seven-year fertility journey, she found PILSC and now brings both lived experience and professional expertise to building accessible, human-centered programs. She is passionate about creating environments where grief is recognized and no one has to navigate loss alone.
Nova McGillivray (she/her)
Senior Specialist, Mental Health Programming
Nova brings over a decade of experience in peer support and facilitation, along with extensive training in mental health and crisis intervention. Her journey with PILSC began as a volunteer and has grown into a leadership role in programming. Nova combines her lived experience with a warm, grounded approach to support others in their healing.
