Second Annual PILSC Legacy Run/Walk Presented by

The PILSC Legacy Run/Walk is being held on Sunday June 25, 2023 at Nose Creek Park in Airdrie, Alberta (or virtually for those who cannot attend in person). The 2km/5km run/walk (you choose the distance) raises funds and brings awareness to the impacts of infertility, miscarriage, termination for medical reasons (TFMR), stillbirth, neonatal loss and sudden infant loss syndrome (SIDS).

Held annually, this family-inclusive event raises vital funds to provide no-cost support and community services through the Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Centre (PILSC). The journey through loss is complex and PILSC believes no one should have to walk through it alone.

Join us this year and together, we can bring to light the often-silenced topic of infertility, pregnancy and infant loss.

Why Walk?

Walk for the 1 in 4 pregnancies that have ended in loss. Walk for the 1 in 6 couples navigating infertility. Walk for the many families who have had to make heartbreaking decisions. Walk for your friend who lost their baby and struggled alone. Walk for the families who don’t get to celebrate their children in traditional ways. Walk for every person who knows the deep impacts that infertility, pregnancy and infant loss has.

What Your Money Supports

100% of the funds raised through the run/walk will go toward keeping PILSC programs at no cost for families who need it.
