Aditi Loveridge, Finalist for the 2023 RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards
I am so proud to announce that I have been named a Social Change award Finalist for the 2023 RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards!
From a pool of a record-breaking 11,000 nominees, 20 Finalists from coast to coast have been selected to represent 7 Award Categories.
The Social Change Award recognizes an exceptional leader of a registered charity, social enterprise or not-for-profit that is dedicated to their unique brand of social change.
I am incredibly honoured to be one of 3 Regional Finalists being recognized in this category (I couldn’t have made it this far without the incredible PILSC team, particularly my soul sister Danyelle Kaluski)
The winners will be announced and celebrated in person in Toronto at the 31st Annual Awards Gala, on Wednesday, November 22, 2023.

Aditi Speaks to CTV about the 2023 Run / Walk Fundraiser
The PILSC Legacy Run/Walk is being held on Sunday June 25, 2023 at Nose Creek Park in Airdrie, Alberta (or virtually for those who cannot attend in person). The 2km/5km run/walk (you choose the distance) raises funds and brings awareness to the impacts of infertility, miscarriage, termination for medical reasons (TFMR), stillbirth, neonatal loss and sudden infant loss syndrome (SIDS).
Held annually, this family-inclusive event raises vital funds to provide no-cost support and community services through the Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Centre (PILSC). The journey through loss is complex and PILSC believes no one should have to walk through it alone.
Join us this year and together, we can bring to light the often-silenced topic of infertility, pregnancy and infant loss.

A fundraiser in June is mentioned to support the organization in providing cost-free support to families struggling with infertility. On Global News talking about a new Calgary Bylaw
On April 27th, 2023, Aditi was asked by Global TV to speak about a new Calgary bylaw. The proposed bylaw in Calgary would require graphic images of fetuses to be concealed in an opaque envelope bearing a content warning and the sender’s details. The bylaw was proposed following complaints from residents about unsolicited images causing trauma for some. While some support the bylaw, others have raised concerns about free speech and advocacy, with the Canadian Center for Bioethical Reform pushing back. The bylaw is expected to go to a final vote in Calgary city council.

The Breakdown with Nate Pike
While many have been paying close attention to the Bills that the UCP are passing, it’s equally important to pay attention to the ones they have failed to pass.
Bill 220 is a bill that would legislate that parents who experience the loss of a child through miscarriage or stillbirth have the right to take three unpaid days from work, and it’s in danger of falling through the cracks.
To learn more, we sat down with Founder and CEO of the Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support Centre, for a very challenging but very, very important conversation.
